Elizabeth

This is Elizabeth from plate #109 by Terra Bidlespacher.  She is sooooooooooooooooo fun to color and I can see her in lots of different color schemes.

Ok, now it is time for a confession.  Do you see that stitching on the bottom part of the patterned paper?  Guess what?  It is actually hand stitching, not faux.  Guess what else?  I enjoyed doing it!  I know.  Ok, are you picked up off the floor and back in your seat?  I have to let you in on a secret.  I used the new Sew Easy and it really was.  I went from someone who said they would never take the time to hand stitch to someone who wants more of the attachments.  Yep, that is me!  My friend Danni has a fabulous tutorial for using these,HERE, that you really should check out. I used the darkest brown in the brown floss pack.

The flowers in the corner are from a pack of Petaloo Velvet Hydrangeas and the colors were just perfect!
Next time I think I will color in more of the map background as well, just for fun!

Get Inky!
